Overview
Our Custom Silicone Umbrella Check Valves are precision-engineered one-way valves designed for reliable, low-leakage flow control across a wide range of industries — from beverage and cosmetic dispensers to pneumatic systems, medical pumps, and household appliances. Manufactured from premium silicone (food-grade or medical-grade LSR) using advanced LSR injection molding and compression molding techniques, these umbrella valves combine low cracking/opening pressure, fast reseal, and long cycle life. We provide full OEM services including custom geometry, actuation pressure tuning, overmolding, integrated seals, color matching, and private-label packaging to meet your exact functional and regulatory requirements.

Key Benefits
- Low Cracking Pressure & Fast Reseal — optimized umbrella geometry for minimal force to open and immediate reseal to prevent drips and backflow.
- Wide Chemical & Temperature Resistance — suitable for water, oils, detergents, syrups, cosmetics, and many industrial fluids.
- Customizable Performance — tuning of lip geometry, material hardness and thickness allows precise control of flow rate and actuation force.
- Food & Medical Compatibility — available in FDA and medical-grade compounds for sensitive applications.
- Robust Durability — engineered for long service life and resistance to fatigue, compression set, and sterilization cycles.
Quality Assurance
We implement a rigorous QA program covering raw-material traceability, incoming compound testing, in-line process monitoring, and final functional verification. Every valve batch undergoes dimensional inspection (CMM/optical), opening-pressure mapping, leakage/seal testing, accelerated life-cycle testing, and chemical compatibility checks. For plated or assembled components we run additional environmental tests (thermal cycling, humidity, salt-spray where applicable). Documentation packages (FAI / PPAP) and material certificates are available for OEM customers.

- Flexible production: from small-volume pilots to high-volume programs with stable supply planning and quality traceability.
Factory Capability:
Our manufacturing capability combines precision tooling, controlled molding, and full downstream processing to deliver consistent, production-ready silicone valves. We produce high-fidelity LSR and compression molds in-house using 5-axis CNC machining, mirror EDM, slow wire (WEDM) cutting and precision grinding, then run those tools on automated LSR injection presses and high-precision compression presses for tight shot-to-shot repeatability and minimal flash. Finished parts are processed through laser trimming, ultrasonic deflashing and thorough wash stations before passing vision-based inspection, and we offer turnkey assembly services — overmolding, adhesive bonding and insert integration — with automated pack-out options (tape & reel or trays). Dedicated test rigs complete the flow: opening-pressure mapping, leak/flow characterization, accelerated life-cycle endurance testing and sterilization-resistance verification to ensure each lot meets specified performance and regulatory requirements.
